Continuing on the surge of interest in Sargy’s work and adding to the enormously well deserved interest in his work and career. We can only say how delighted we are as a gallery that some international attention has focused on a painter who can truly be called unique. Sargy Mann is one of the most extraordinary painters who ever lived.

BREAK BARRIERS On 20th September 2013, the United Nations Postal Administration issued six stamps on the theme ‘Break Barriers – Open Doors’. We are delighted that Sargy Mann was chosen as one of the six selected artist from around the world, alongside other artists such as Chuck Close. We kicked of 2012 with a wonderful party to celebrate Cadogan Contemporary’s 30th Anniversary! Christopher Burness founded the gallery initially on Pont Street, and subsequently moved to Draycott Avenue for over 20 years. In 2007 Cadogan Conteporary moved to it’s current location on the Old Brompton Road where it continues to thrive and grow.
